• Video vault unlocks: your email address, your name (optional), your star rating and review comment (optional).
• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number and message.
• Reviews: your name, rating, comment and the activity reviewed.
• Bookings and account details: only the details you provide when booking or creating an account.

3. Why we use it

We use your information only to give you access to the video vault, publish your review (after we check it), answer your enquiries, manage bookings, and — only if you ticked the marketing box — send you occasional specials and trip news. We never sell your details, and we do not use your email for marketing without your explicit consent.

4. How we store and protect it

Your information is stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections. Only authorised members of our team can view it, and we keep no more than we need for the purposes above.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you use the video vault, reviews or bookings with us. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will remove it unless we are required by law to keep specific records.

6. Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us at any time to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your marketing consent.
