White Shark Parasailing

See the Mossel Bay coastline from a different perspective with White Shark Parasailing. We depart from the floating jetty at the yacht club in Mossel Bay Harbour and head to a suitable flying area, usually between Diaz Beach and Hartenbos. The skipper chooses the location according to wind, weather and sea conditions. No previous experience is needed. Our crew fits you into a harness, and the boat’s winch system gently launches you from the platform and brings you back to the boat. There is no need to run along a beach or enter the water to take off or land. The experienced crew and skipper operate the equipment; you follow their instructions and enjoy the view. Each flight lasts approximately 8–10 minutes. Allow around 60–90 minutes for the complete outing, depending on how many guests are booked. The rest of your time is spent on the boat, enjoying the coastal views and music while other guests take their turns. Solo flights are normally available from age 7, with a minimum weight of 35 kg and a maximum of 110 kg. Children may fly with a parent from age 4, subject to a maximum combined tandem weight of 80 kg. All participation depends on conditions, suitable equipment fit and crew approval.
